My wife and I found your web site while shopping on-line earlier this spring.  After checking out your web as well as as a few others, we even took a weekend to travel through part of Michigan and check out the different dealers and their reception with the public.  We were impressed with both the people we met at your location as well as your inventory.  At the completion of the trip your location was the dealer we decided to go with. Having owned a Cougar 5th wheel for a number of years, we wanted to stay with the Keystone line and therefore the only question was “which model had the floor plan we thought we needed?”…………This brought us to the Mountaineer 326RLQ.  The salesman we dealt with was more than helpful when it came to helping us with the special order that we decided to make due to the options that we wanted…Canadian compliance, duel pain glass, washer/dryer, extra roof vent fans in the bath and bedroom and a CLASS 3 hitch on the rear.

As you know, we purchased a Coleman Avalon pop-up from American RV.  Jon Kortman was our Sales Consultant.  Jon is a very personable individual and very knowledgeable when it comes to campers.  He answered our questions and provided information in pleasant, no pressure manner.  It was refreshing to have a person in Jon’s position (sales) treat us as “fellow campers” rather than pitch a high pressure sale.  I have and will continue to recommend Jon and American RV to our friends who might be interested in buying a camper.  We genuinely enjoyed our purchase process at American RV.  Everyone from sales to  unit orientation (unexpected Plus!) were very decent, helpful and polite.  Again, it was the friendly nature of the staff that made the process enjoyable.  I would not change a thing with the process…you are lucky to have such a crew in this day and age!

Hi Robert,
As you know, Pam and I purchased a Roadtrek 210 Popular from you back in October of last year. The weather turned cold before we had an opportunity to use it. Our “maiden voyage” was in January when we took a 6 week trip traveling 7400 miles out West without having any opportunity to become familiar with our new RV. When you make a major purchase such as this, there is always that thought, “Did we make the right decision”? There is no doubt that we made the right choice. We have never had an RV before and this camping stuff was all new to us. I was concerned if I really knew what I was doing, etc. only to find out that I didn’t. I ended up calling the Service Department at American RV several times while on our trip and talked to Kirk. Each time he was extremely patient with me and extremely helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable in calling him again if I had any questions. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Kirk and your Service Department. Another concern was with the amount of storage in our Roadtrek for an extended trip like that. (We never seem to leave anything behind, if you know what I mean!!) We had plenty of storage room with extra to spare. Our Roadtrek handled remarkably well. We were able to drive into downtown areas of major cities and see sights that we wouldn’t have been able to see with a larger RV. All in all, we are delighted with our new Roadtrek and American RV, had a wonderful time on our trip, and are looking forward to our next adventure! Thanks for everything!

It’s a good news day for us! — two newly retired Canadians from the great white north! We arrived home safely with our ‘new to us’ 2003 Cedar Creek 38 CKQS fifth wheel! We’re thrilled with this coach, but just as much with the American RV experience we had. Right from the time we said “we’ll take it”, with pictures from the internet and other testimonials to support our decision..our salesman Matt Olds made our purchase seamless. We saved several thousand dollars by taking the trip to Michigan, and the customer service we experienced was stellar. From the moment we walked through their door, and saw “Congratulations to the Ironside’s on the purchase of their fifth wheel”, we both were smiling. The sense of family permeates this dealership and their attention to detail blew us away. Nothing was ‘too much trouble’ it seemed…and all this in the middle of their participation in a huge RV show in Grand Rapids at the same time!
