“We worked with Scott Jewell and what we appreciated the most was that he was not high pressure, answered all of our questions whenever we called or e-mailed with what we perceived was an honest answer. He seems to be a person of high integrity which speaks highly of your organization. In our case, we had ordered a unit that had to change when I received my new truck because the truck dealership had made a mistake. Scott was very helpful in getting everything changed so that we could make it work.”- Mr. A.

Mr. & Mrs. H. worked with Scott Jewell to purchase their 2011 Springdale 303BH-SSR Travel Trailer:
“Our sales rep was Scott Jewel. He was the best sales rep we had dealt with while shopping around for RV’s. He never pressured us into buying anything and always put our needs first. That was a big reason why we chose American RV. Also, the quality of the RV’s seemed better than the other dealers around town. We ended up having a small leak in our bunkhouse and our bathroom door didn’t shut so my husband called the service department Monday morning and the service department came out to our camper (which is at a campground near by) and had everything fixed by Noon. Very pleased with how fast it got completed!”
