Tune-up includes:
- Roof inspection
- LP Gas pressure/leak test
- Water system flush and pressure test.(Note: this process does not sanitize your water system).
Appliance system check:
1. Water heater – Clean gas burner tube, adjust and test operation.
2. Refrigerator – Clean gas burner and system test. (Does not verify the refrigerators ability to cool).
3. Furnace & A/C – Test system cycle and verify operation.
4. Range – Test all stove burners for ability to light, and flame quality.
5. Exterior lighting system.
6. Set tire pressure to factory specifications.
7. Load test battery.
** To avoid extra charges, all items to be inspected must be accessible. **
