Everyone from our sales consultant, Robert Wensel, to our own private tour guide and Kirk the customer relations manager all worked together to make our experience a positive one. We met Robert Wensel at a RV Show in January and that started our search. Lots of time spent on line and then two full days just visiting dealers and trying to decide on what we wanted in a Fifth Wheel. Robert was very helpful and even showed us the newest model of the Montana with the new graphics and we were sold. Other dealers either failed to follow up with us or didn’t have the product we were interested in. After our purchase we were given a complete tour of our new fifth wheel and all that was included. There is a real learning curve here and we had to call Kirk up and ask about the electric hook up the first day home ! He was great and helped get us through the set up.
