 ”We were very pleased with every visit to American RV right from the start and the several times we went back out there to look again.  When we first met Jim Snyder we felt comfortable with him right from the start.  He was great.  I emailed him with a quick question one night thinking I would just check my email sometime the next day, and he called me with an answer within the hour of sending the email.  We were always treated very nice by all the staff out at American RV.  We never had a negative “vibe” at any time, the several times we went there to look again at the 2 – 3 units we were really interested in.  Jim even suggested that we come out and actually pull the unit around with our truck to see if we felt comfortable with it’s size (It had been a few years since we had an RV).  We really appreciated being able to do that, and that helped us make a decision.  We were working with another RV dealer and did not get the same great “vibe” from that place, although it was nothing easy to put my finger on, it just was not American RV.

When we pulled the trailer that Saturday, I was impressed big time with Matt who got the hitch set up.  It was Matt who did our walk thru the day we picked it up and he did a great job, what a great bunch of employees you have out there.  Then there were the people from Camping World who helped us.  What nice helpful people there as well.  So I mean I cannot say a bad thing.  American RV was all the way around a pleasure to work with, and I would insist to anyone I know that is considering the purchase of an RV, or to get RV supplies, go to American RV.   We are so glad we bought our RV there, and that you had the choices you did for us to pick from.

American RV is tops all the way around. Every time we came back out to look at campers we were impressed by everything we saw, and the people were always friendly, always greeted us with enthusiasm and always first class in very way!! Great experience!!!!!”

Another Happy Roadtrek Customer

Hi Robert,
As you know, Pam and I purchased a Roadtrek 210 Popular from you back in October of last year. The weather turned cold before we had an opportunity to use it. Our “maiden voyage” was in January when we took a 6 week trip traveling 7400 miles out West without having any opportunity to become familiar with our new RV. When you make a major purchase such as this, there is always that thought, “Did we make the right decision”? There is no doubt that we made the right choice. We have never had an RV before and this camping stuff was all new to us. I was concerned if I really knew what I was doing, etc. only to find out that I didn’t. I ended up calling the Service Department at American RV several times while on our trip and talked to Kirk. Each time he was extremely patient with me and extremely helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable in calling him again if I had any questions. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Kirk and your Service Department. Another concern was with the amount of storage in our Roadtrek for an extended trip like that. (We never seem to leave anything behind, if you know what I mean!!) We had plenty of storage room with extra to spare. Our Roadtrek handled remarkably well. We were able to drive into downtown areas of major cities and see sights that we wouldn’t have been able to see with a larger RV. All in all, we are delighted with our new Roadtrek and American RV, had a wonderful time on our trip, and are looking forward to our next adventure! Thanks for everything!

30 PLUS years of GREAT Customer Service

Thirty years ago I bought my first RV from Ron Neff and have been a satisfied customer ever since. AMERICAN RV is always ready to help with whatever I need. When I need education they provide it in a respectful yet thorough way. Last fall they worked to get my new motor home ready for a 6000 mile trip I had dreamed of taking for many years. Imagine my surprise when I answered my phone in British Columbia to hear Ron asking how the trip was going and did we need anything. They go out of their way to provide GREAT service. Take a trip to see them. It will be a valuable RV experience.
