Barb and Jerry worked with John Monterusso to purchase their brand new 2011 Monaco Knight 40PBQ Class A Diesel Motor Home from American RV in Grand Rapids, MI.They had the following to say about their experience:
“We had a great experience with our salesman, John. He was great from the time we first met him at the RV show in Novi. This is our second motor home, but our first diesel. He explained everything very well and we would definitely recommend him to others. We also had a great experience with Hank, the technician who showed us everything about the new motor home. He was very thorough and took a great amount of time to explain everything….
Let me add, we also had a great experience with the camping world staff in regards to the installation of a satellite dish. We had ordered the wrong one due to our misunderstanding, and we received a call with a full explanation and now have a Travler installed. Also, Hank had installed an extra piece in one of the underneath storage compartments to keep items from damaging some of the mechanical parts. We thank everyone from start to finish even when were hooking up our vehicle. They noticed that we were not level and came out to assist.
Once again, thank you. The experience with American RV was definitely professional as compared to our previous purchase of a motor home at another location.
