Charles & Melanie worked with Robert Wensel to find the perfect fifth wheel to fit their needs. Show below with Ken after their complete walk through tour of their unit.

“Thank-you all for everything you did to make our dream come true.  We are so happy with our new Montana and the new extended family we have acquired along the way.  Everyone from our sales consultant, Robert Wensel, to our own private tour guide and Kirk the customer relations manager all worked together to make our experience a positive one.  We met Robert Wensel at a RV Show in January and that started our search.  Lots of time spent on line and then two full days just visiting dealers and trying to decide on  what we wanted in a Fifth Wheel.  Robert was very helpful and even showed us the newest model of the Montana with the new graphics and we were sold.  Other dealers either failed to follow up with us or didn’t have the product we were interested in.  After our purchase we were given a complete tour of our new fifth wheel and all that was included.  There is a real learning curve here and we had to call Kirk up and ask about the electric hook up the first day home !  He was great and helped get us through the set up.  We give you all an A+ and hope  to see you again soon. “

Mr. & Mrs. Z recently worked with Jim Snyder to find their fifth wheel and had the following to say about their experience:

“Jim was our sales rep on purchasing our RV. After looking at several other RV’s in the area we knew the Laredo had our name on it! It is a perfect fit for my husband and me. Several weeks later we came back to have a new awning put on. Kirk, Bill and John were excellent! We noted to each other that EVERY employee we encountered had a smile and can do attitude.”

September 2: Robb Kortman will be celebrating 8 years working Full Time with ARV. (He worked a few years as part time)
September 23: Katie Brown will be celebrating her first anniversary with us
September 26: Marks Kirk LaCharite’s 10th year with American RV
September 27: Hank Nuiver celebrates his 11th year
September 30: Chad Westhouse’s 10th year working full time (plus a couple of years as part time)

That’s over 40 years of service from just 5 people!

Hi Robert,
As you know, Pam and I purchased a Roadtrek 210 Popular from you back in October of last year. The weather turned cold before we had an opportunity to use it. Our “maiden voyage” was in January when we took a 6 week trip traveling 7400 miles out West without having any opportunity to become familiar with our new RV. When you make a major purchase such as this, there is always that thought, “Did we make the right decision”? There is no doubt that we made the right choice. We have never had an RV before and this camping stuff was all new to us. I was concerned if I really knew what I was doing, etc. only to find out that I didn’t. I ended up calling the Service Department at American RV several times while on our trip and talked to Kirk. Each time he was extremely patient with me and extremely helpful. He made sure that I was comfortable in calling him again if I had any questions. I couldn’t have been more pleased with Kirk and your Service Department. Another concern was with the amount of storage in our Roadtrek for an extended trip like that. (We never seem to leave anything behind, if you know what I mean!!) We had plenty of storage room with extra to spare. Our Roadtrek handled remarkably well. We were able to drive into downtown areas of major cities and see sights that we wouldn’t have been able to see with a larger RV. All in all, we are delighted with our new Roadtrek and American RV, had a wonderful time on our trip, and are looking forward to our next adventure! Thanks for everything!

It is the season of Thanksgiving and we wanted to express our sincere gratitude to you for putting the deal together to see our Roadtrek. We know that this is a difficult time to sell RVs and we appreciate your efforts in getting this done.

We also want you and your employees to knwo that our entire experience with American RV over the last 3 plus years has been very positive. Your sales and service departments are superior. They were sensitive to our situation and the distance we had to drive for service. There were a number of phone calls to Kirk during this time and he was always very patient. He took the time to make sure that our concerns were addressed properly.

Time sure flies! Yes, another month has passed and we have two new employees of the month for February 2010.

Rick Boven was acknowledged by a couple for being very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Kirk LaCharite was also acknowledge by a customer for his great customer service.

It is awesome that ARV customers are receiving such great service from our employees. Thanks to Rick, Kirk, and the whole American RV team.
