It’s a good news day for us! — two newly retired Canadians from the great white north! We arrived home safely with our ‘new to us’ 2003 Cedar Creek 38 CKQS fifth wheel! We’re thrilled with this coach, but just as much with the American RV experience we had. Right from the time we said “we’ll take it”, with pictures from the internet and other testimonials to support our decision..our salesman Matt Olds made our purchase seamless. We saved several thousand dollars by taking the trip to Michigan, and the customer service we experienced was stellar. From the moment we walked through their door, and saw “Congratulations to the Ironside’s on the purchase of their fifth wheel”, we both were smiling. The sense of family permeates this dealership and their attention to detail blew us away. Nothing was ‘too much trouble’ it seemed…and all this in the middle of their participation in a huge RV show in Grand Rapids at the same time! We can’t say enough about how kind they all were to us – Matt, Kirby, Joe, Hank, Scott, Chad, Owner Ron, Mike, Doug, and Win.ALL of these consummate professionals treated us like family. We can’t say enough about them all. The paperwork made our trip through the border easy..and now we look out on this beautiful unit…and count the days until we wind our way to the sun…Thanks American RV! And Canadians? Our thanks goes to Matt Olds and Win Merrill for a great experience. We knew which brand and model of camper we wanted and we started shopping price across the nation. Our experience with American RV and with Matt Olds has been amazing. He made the whole process very enjoyable and easy. We would have never got such an affordable deal buying our 2010 Springdale here in Canada. We saved around $20,000.00 dollars even after the exchange rate and other fees. The high prices for RV’s in Alberta/Canada is disappointing. We would not have gotten anything close to what we have now. Thank you so much for helping us find and purchase the perfect RV for “our” family needs. We saved ourselves a lot of time, money, and frustration dealing with American RV.

Also, we were extremely impressed with the on-line viewing of the RV’s. We were able to view and pick exactly what we wanted. Matt made everything seem so easy. In December, we traveled from Missouri to Grand Rapids, Michigan for a good – no, make that a GREAT – deal an ‘09 Arctic Fox 990. It was well worth the trip and my significant other and I agreed that never before had either of us been treated so well when making a major purchase. They patiently addressed all our concerns, answered all of our questions, and even made labels for everything to help us remember what controlled what. We were only going to buy if we got a great deal and we did from Matt, their internet sales guy (877 863-9527). Make them an offer and you may be surprised. I have no affiliation with or interest in this family owned business, other than being a very satisfied customer. When it comes time to buy that toy hauler in a few years, I’m calling them first.
