September 2: Robb Kortman will be celebrating 8 years working Full Time with ARV. (He worked a few years as part time)
September 23: Katie Brown will be celebrating her first anniversary with us
September 26: Marks Kirk LaCharite’s 10th year with American RV
September 27: Hank Nuiver celebrates his 11th year
September 30: Chad Westhouse’s 10th year working full time (plus a couple of years as part time)

That’s over 40 years of service from just 5 people!

We would like to convey a heartfelt thank you to Matt Olds for his help, guidance and assistance in the purchase of our RV (Sabre 5th wheel model 31 RETS). From the first contact, he was courteous, professional, friendly, patient and quickly responded to all our questions and requests without hesitation. He kept us informed on how things were progressing and sent us a whole set of pictures of the unit once it was finished. We also greatly appreciated him taking the time to come meet us on his day off since we had come from a long way to pick up the unit. Thank you to Robb Kortman for his assistance on that day also. As I was at first very hesitant to buy so far from home, I am now completely confident in your company thanks to these two outstanding employees. We are very impressed with how clean the unit was and have not found anything so far except a minor scratch which is to be expected. We have many friends who have purchased RV’s and they were not prepped nearly as well as this one. I commend your staff for this as well. I’m confident that when we start using it in the spring, we will still be as satisfied.
