I wanted to thank you for all your help and to let you know that we have ordered a new Sabre 32RKDS travel trailer from Bill Blake with American RV in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  He is very knowledgeable of the product and extremely helpful.  We look forward to getting our new unit and to working with American RV in the future.  We are going to traveling 1,100 miles to pick-up our unit but that is because of how we are being treated by American RV.

The following was an email sent to a very happy customer to American RV.

“To the people at American RV,

We purchased a 5^th wheel through Jim Snyder this month. Because everyone at American RV who worked with us helped ensure we had a wonderful experience, we felt compelled to write a thank you letter.

First, Jim took our family through numerous RVs to make certain we found the perfect one for our needs. We never felt any pressure to buy – which means a lot to us. He also did everything in his power to get enough for our trade-in to payoff the remaining loan balance on it.

Then Kirby spent a significant amount of time educating us on our new trailer.  Kirby was a great teacher – he had us laughing throughout the training, he was extremely patient with all of the numerous questions we asked (and with explaining a few things more than once), and he made sure we were comfortable with everything before he wrapped up.  As last summer was our first summer in a camper, and nothing was explained to us then, we learned a LOT from Kirby! And when we called after we got our new RV all set-up, Kirby was gracious about answering a couple additional questions we had.

Joe drove our 5^th wheel from American RV about an hour and half south to our campsite on the lake. He did an AMAZING job getting our old camper out and our new one in place (leveled out and fitted perfectly against our deck). He had SO much patience with us, and he was brilliant with maneuvering the truck within the obstacles.  What he was able to do in 1-2 hours would have taken us an entire day and still not have been as perfectly lined up and leveled (not to mention, I’m certain we would have run over the built-in grill and/or ruined our deck).

What an amazing team we had the privilege to work with!!!

We would like to convey a heartfelt thank you to Matt Olds for his help, guidance and assistance in the purchase of our RV (Sabre 5th wheel model 31 RETS). From the first contact, he was courteous, professional, friendly, patient and quickly responded to all our questions and requests without hesitation. He kept us informed on how things were progressing and sent us a whole set of pictures of the unit once it was finished. We also greatly appreciated him taking the time to come meet us on his day off since we had come from a long way to pick up the unit. Thank you to Robb Kortman for his assistance on that day also. As I was at first very hesitant to buy so far from home, I am now completely confident in your company thanks to these two outstanding employees. We are very impressed with how clean the unit was and have not found anything so far except a minor scratch which is to be expected. We have many friends who have purchased RV’s and they were not prepped nearly as well as this one. I commend your staff for this as well. I’m confident that when we start using it in the spring, we will still be as satisfied. If not, I’m sure Matt will assist us with any problems that come up as he’s already assured us that he’s just an e-mail or phone call away.
