Winterfest 2012 was a great success! Hundreds of families came out to see the latest 2012 models from Monaco, Montana, Springdale and Roadtrek, enjoy family games, savor delicious chili, hot dogs and cookies.  We so appreciated everyone who joined us for this annual customer appreciation event! Our maintenance seminars were also a high point of the weekend. Scott Haan (Director of Parts & Service) & Duane Carlson (of Camping World) teamed up to put on a great informational seminar for all the RVers. They discussed RV roof maintenance, RV tires & brakes, and RV electrical systems.

I wanted to write to you in regards to our new 2009 Arctic Fox 1140. I have owned numerous trailers from small pop-ups to large toyhaulers. I have done business with many dealers and even worked with them, but I have never felt more comfortable and at ease then I did with Matt Olds. I was never pressured by him, he was always polite and professional and answered all of our questions. We ended up choosing the Arctic Fox 1140 because of it’s quality and comfort.

When we took delivery of the truck camper, Ken took the time to go through the RV and how to work everything. You have assembled an awesome crew. Please thank Chad, Matt, Kevin, Ken, Doug and the ladies in Camping World that helped with with my new purchase.

I also want to thank you for taking the time out of your day to talk to me. You made a point to get to know my wife and I. I have NEVER has a business owner take that kind of time to talk to me about many different things. You don’t see customer service like that anymore.

I will definitely recommend American RV to my friends and family. Again, Thank You sir for our new campers.
